TL;DR I don't like NPCing bigots. Text does not trigger or squick me, but I don't find it enjoyable to engage with external racism and homophobia (/other forms of hate). If it's appropriate to the setting, I'd prefer it be kept to an absolute minimum and then to move on. I mind it less when it's an internalized thing a character is dealing with.

[ It's just one package, wrapped neatly in red and gold, but each gift within is wrapped in delicate cloth. The gloves are dyed an earthy green, embroidered with ivy; the scarf matches, but with flowers and berries detailed with colorful beads. There's even a pair of ruffled beige socks.
The most complex by far is a hooded capelet, dyed rose pink and embroidered with gold. There are flowers, birds, constellations, even a few strange runes. It's clasped with two furled golden wings.
There's only a small ball of white yarn left over, but it's been wrapped and labelled: Fireproof Cashmere.
